Paying UIF for all these years but when you claim there is no assistance.

I have app**** for UIF claim and it has since been approved and shows payment done on the 21st of May 2020 however I have not received any funds.I have been in touch with a gentleman by the name of Michael Nkabinde who keeps forwarding my emails to a Phumzile Denabo. I have sent about 4 or five emails including the ones that were forwarded by Michael however she has not responded to one email and nothing seems to be happening. When we go to the regional office they make us write our details down saying they will contact us but no call has been received nothing. Funny thing is that people who app**** after me have received their payments which make me wonder if it is a case where one needs to know someone in the regional offices or one needs to make a payment to them before being assisted as is the case on every government office nowadays.
