Pay my money

This has been one horrible experience and this for my money.Firstly consultant that helped me today don't understand what I'm talking about,I had to explain things three times I eventually got ****ed as you get treated on the phone and in the labour center like you coming to make a loan I have done my COB on the 20 September at the Department of Labour as there Ufiling is offline due to maintance and this has been like this for more than a month.These people working for the department of labour really needs training as they really think they are some loan sharks the way they are treating people. I hope someone will hear me as I need my money as this is my only income at the moment and I'm way past my date for paying my bills.
