PAY ME OUT WHAT IS DUE TO ME IMMEDIATELY!

I have submitted my maternity claim last year October 2019 and to date have still not yet received a response!!! This is ridiculous.. I have called through numerous times and spoken to so many consultants who for some reason cannot speak politely and is rude. They kept saying that I have documents outstanding however every document they have asked for I have submitted. Also, when i check online, it says that my application was sent to the Assessor and that it should be processed within 5 working days, Well its 1 F####kin month later and still nothing has been done! I want this sorted out ASAP and what is owed to me paid immediately!
