This has been ongoing since last year. I called and emailed numerous times, Documents were asked numerous times, and Documents were sent numerous times. The call center has no feed and no information to give me as they keep saying they are waiting for info from every person under the sun and will be escalated and as usual, nothing happens.

This is appalling. Does it take more than a year to assess documents and process them? I keep getting emails to send documents I already sent. And again I have to send it,

Can someone with knowledge of what is going on assist? This is ridiculous.
