Pathetic UIF service

After being placed on hold for 20 minutes, I was told I resigned from a company I was retrenched from.

This is also after waiting more than a month for a response to my claim. Only to be told I need proof that I was retrenched. Which I submitted and was still told that I resigned.

Service is pathetic. If I could give a negative rating I would.

To make things worse, when I asked to speak with the manager, the attendent cut the call.
