Pathetic - UIF an absolute disgrace

We have submitted multiple applications and have phone over a 100 times. Please can someone that has access to the system phone us and provide us with proper feedback and all applications have been "sent to the paymaster" and there is even one which payment was done in February and we have not received anything.

It is an absolute disgrace to phone the contact centre and they cannot help you as they need to create a ticket and send it to the admin department and then no one phones you back. Absolutely pathetic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
