Pathetic ufiling call centre

I have tried numerous times to get through to Ufiling call centre as I need my password reset in order to gain access to profile for maternity benefits however I hang on for 20 minutes and then the call gets cut .I have also sent them numerous emails with no response .All i need is a password reset can it really be that difficult.
