Pathetic typical service in Eldorado Park

I went to apply for UIf not one of the 3 consultants could greet or ask if they can assist and on top of that everyone was tirned away as they informed us they only have a laptop Thursdays and Fridays as they share one laptop with Ennerdale.The oler lady consultant is extremly rude and doesnt even know which docs one should have.She is not at all equipped for a front deskjob as she cannot comunicate well and her demeanor is one abruptness.
