Pathetic service they don't care about anyone

Since I lost my job 22 July 2020, submitting my claim has been a nightmare,from being told to drop documents wait for sms since August 2020 I followed up on my claim in September I was told not to que after I've been there since 5 to 13:00 saying those who app**** in August is in progress we should wait for sms ,it never came I decided to go and follow up been there from 5 am as usual when they checked they say is been declined there was documents missing mind you I have already given all necessary documents and given a date to return,nothing happened Mr Sandile tooky documents made copies and gave me a new date 13 the to come sign up had to give them new documens again which I did,no sms after 3 weeks no payment as I was promised that when I come back I would have received my payment,I was asked to do same process go to the bank , confirmation,submits ui9forms ,salary schedule we now passed the 13 the still nothing. I don't know who to talk to nor complain since it seems like no one cares. I'm at the urge of giving up what's rightfully mine. Is like documents are taken and pulled somewhere yet I'm unemployed use money to travel to that place everytime with no results

Email address given is one of the ppl who was told by his superior to make copies and was told to make copies and he even asked me to email documents now when I follow up he does not respond .The phone rings with no one attending to it
