Pathetic service ( still waiting for an application approval for 6 months)

This department is one big joke , been waiting for feedback for 6 months now regarding my claim . The call center agents even worse they put you on hold only to tell you that they still waiting for feedback from the other department , you call back after 2 hours and another agent gives you a different story . My experience with uif was beyond pathetic.
