pathetic service - ridiculous 9 months waiting!

Good Day ,

After nearly 10 months of waiting for ill benefits to be approved and paid out - nothing has ever happened everyday a different story or same story .

My application has been completed by an assessor in august 2021 already yet , i'm still struggling to get this approved and done! Each day I'm told to wait 7 working days for payment. It has been 9 month! and still nothing ! how ridiculous - I have medical expenses to cover . I have sent everything that was requested for the admin team .

Urgently look into this ASAP as I feel that nothing is being done about my application , after all it has been 9 month! Please can you urgently have this matter resolved .

I cannot stress this enough!
