PATHETIC SERVICE RECEIVED!!! RUDE CONSULTANTS

I submitted a UIF claim on the 16th Oct and have not heard any response from them, I contacted the UIF Offices today and spoke to a consultant who was UTTERLY RUDE and just ran her mouth as if she was speaking to an animal on the other side of the line. I asked politely for assistance on which documents i needed to submit and where i needed to send the documents through in order to claim my UIF but she kept speaking in circles. Please can someone email me or phone me and assist me with what i need to do to claim my UIF
