PATHETIC SERVICE FROM UIF CLAIMS DEPARTMENT

I uploaded my UIF19 forms on the 4th march 2021 I was not informed to actually apply on UFiling for benefits. I then app**** on the 22 March. Still haven't received any payments Bor correspondence from claims department.... Absolutely Pathetic disgracefull service every day the call centre agents keep telling me different excuses so Sick of it..I'm currently without an income my case number:CRM Case No: C-*** | Case Issue: Claim Status enquiry.
