Pathetic service from uif claims department!

App**** for unemployment in October 2020 which was 4 months ago and still waiting for my claim!!!

I called in several times since then and each time it's a different excuse. I sent through all the relevant documents then I'm told they did not receive it and I have to reapply. Then I call in again then they say they still got no forms. I sent all my forms via the link and kept resending it until finally someone told me they got it which was in January 2021!!

I call in today 9th Feb 2021 spoke to ZENZI who tells me he is tired as he was off yesterday. He then tells me he will escalate my issue and my payout will be processed in the week. Then I'm told to give my case number. He could not wait on the line so he tells me I AM GOING TO PUT YOU ON HOLD AS I AM FALLING ASLEEP!!!!!!!!!! Then the line cuts after waiting more than 10 minutes!

PATHETIC!!!
