Pathetic service

This is the most *********** department ever Ive been taken from pillar to post without help for 5 months I sent all the documents and got confirmation email that alll is in order my payment is still not processed. They cannot even tell me when will it be paid but they say all is in order and capturing has processed the documents for 5 ****** months now. Its my money not theirs. Do something and quick im escalating to the press and media now
