Pathetic service!!!!!!

This has been the utmost pathetic service I have ever had to deal with... You work, UIF gets deducted from your salary, you get a END OF CONTRACT, you try to claim your unemployment funds as it is supposed to be your right... 2 years and 4 months later, not even a tad of feedback, have sent in documents numerous times, tried calling how many times for the call to either be put down in my ear after holding on for 5+ minutes, the claim being escalated countless times, or the agents are just plain rude and ***********!!! High 5 to the 2 out of 10 agents that actually take pride in their work and try to help you... I'm fed up and I just can't deal with this anymore... Seems like we going to sleep hungry for a few more months again...
