Pathetic service

Honestly If I could I wouldn't even put a star , this department is bleddie useless, they unhelpful and so dismissive , and have an attitude as if they doing you favor, they can't even give you straight answers, just got from a call and was told to that I need to wait 7-15 working days while payment was requested in June?? Please make it make sense, this is the several time that I am laying a complaint and still im not being taken seriously
