Pathetic service at UIF Offices

I am trying to claim UIF benefits since 7th May without success. I completed all my forms at the Randburg Labour Office an was told to come back on the 6th June to sign. However when I went to Trinesh Singh I was informed that my first name was changed on the system. I was told to verify my name at Home Affairs and bring back the confirmation that my first name was not changed and was still the same as per my ID. I was told that it would take 2 weeks to rectify my name at the Pretoria Office and they will immediately send all the documents for verification. However it is still not rectified on the system after numerous emails to Trinish Singh at the Pretoria office. I also email directly to him and was told by him that he will not assist unless required to do so by the regional office.

It is really a pathetic service that I am receiving from the UIF Office from both the Pretoria and regional offices.
