Pathetic Service at the Department of Labour Alberton

Department of Labour - Alberton what a mess we arrived at 09h27 and left at 14h30 as we have not moved since 13h00 as the staff went on lunch and stayed on lunch by telling the people that the Department is on lockdown. They are dealing with people on the pavement behind a metal grate. Pathetic service.
