Pathetic service at the department of Labour!

Extremely disappointed with the service i received. I submitted my Maternity UIF claim application on 3 May 2022 (case no ***) . The application was rejected because i submitted my application 2 days before commencing maternity leave starting 5 May 2022. A new application was created and approved on 31 Aug 2022, i received my first payment on 6 Sep 2022. All documentations were submitted, i submitted a continuation of benefit on 5 Oct 2022 for my second payment. I have not yet received my second payment. Every day i contact the call centre and they are just useless because they keep escalating but no outcome. I dont have money to feed my new born. My last update received was that my claim left paymaster on 21 Nov and i will expect payment in 10 days. Stil nothing! Where is my money? what is going on? Is Cyril Ramaphosa using our money for SASSA grant? Why am i delayed in receiving my 2nd payment?
