Pathetic service at MITCHELL'S PLAIN LABOUR DEPARTMENT

Trading hours of Mitchell's plain department of labour. It clearly states on the doors at the labour department that their trading hours is from 7:30am till 4pm and yet they close their doors at 3:30pm and blatantly lie to our faces saying that its full inside when we can clearly see there is no one inside. This is the service we receive on a daily basis and its pathetic.
