Pathetic service at department of labour

I app**** for my maternity benefit since September 2023 till now I haven't received a cent, the status does not change. It has been sent to the assessor since last year. I tried going to the brance several times no help or whatsoever. I've been calling their call center you find different agents which will tell you different things. Their service is pathetic!
