Pathetic service at boksburg labour department

Pathetic service received from manager Vincent and the guy at the help desk in the boksburg labour department. Was rudely told that I cannot be helped to submit a UIF claim as I am a non boksburg resident. I explained that I live in kempton and he still refused to help. I find this pathetic that i got turned down from a government office.
