Pathetic Service and *********

Absolutely Pathetic Service - on the 29/05/2018 I went to the labour department in boksburg to sign the claim release on my UIF Funds and was given so much conflicting information and they are refusing to pay out my money and they are coming with stories that I no longer have funds available after they told me that I would receive payments over a six month period and when I told them that I am going to go to court and open a case they told me that they would make sure that I loose the case and that I will get no money and they don't want to do their jobs when I reported my former employer for unfair labour practices, I had to drive from Boksburg to Benoni to submit a CCMA Case against my former employer and the consultants at Boksburg Labour Department have a terrible attitude and are so unhelpful and arrogant, I will never go back there.
