PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!

For the past 2 months I have been trying to remove a duplication of an employee on my Ufiling profile and NO ONE is assisting. The service is beyond PATHETIC. in a time period of 2 months I spoke to 6 different people,who not only cut my call when they dont have answers, can give me no answer as to when the issue will be resolved. I have done what has been asked of me and forwarder the relevant document(request to remove duplication) to 4 different email addresses with no solution. *** *** *** ***

Each caller has told me the same thing and I have done so and waited for 2 months!!!!!! this issue is causing my business to slow down as some companies need the Ufiling to be at 100% in order to pay us for work done. Wake up and do your job people!
