PATHETIC SERVICE

i completed a form to get my UIF money 3 weeks ago and still yet haven't received any payment. I went to my branch is Kempton Park department of Labor and was told to complete another form which will take what another 3 again? This is absolutely pathethic. I'm so upset. These people have this i don't care attitude and making it seem as if I'm borrowing this money whereas I'm not. its my money that is due to me. Government institutions are just a whole lot of ****. These people get paid for absolutely nothing. I need someone from payroll to contact me urgently and sort this out. ***
