Pathetic Service

I'm not sure if you guys will be able to assist me with this situation concerning UIF but it's worth the try. I have been experiencing endless problems with the UIF in Chatsworth, Durban. On my first visit to them they stated that it will take 5-10 working days for my funds to be transferred into my bank account. So I waited for an additional 3 weeks however there were funds transferred into my account. So the following month I went back to them on the date that they requested for me to come back. I had explained to them that I did not receive any funds. They then insisted that my company had collected the funds of which my company did not receive as I went back to my company to clarify. The lady stated or rather instisted that if I did not bring a letter from my company I would not receive any funds. Reason for her staring so was because of the fact that she assumed I would not be able to get a letter and that the company had shut down. Anyway I got a letter from the company and then went back to them with this letter. Upon arrival this very same lady stated she no longer needs the letter. Then she stated that she needed a bank statement which I had already given her previously but gave her another copy. There after she stated that I should wait another 3 weeks. It's going on to 2 months now that I've been running back and forth with thus same issue and still haven't received any feedback nor funds. When I tried contacting their offices, I managed to get ahold of the manager who refused to assist me and then put me through a supervisor. The supervisor had asked me for my ID but then stated he would transfer me to someone else to assist, however when I spoke to this 3rd person he said to me that he does not work for UIF and is from Zulu land. I am sick and tired of all this running around especially in these times of Covid. I want every single cent that is due to me else I'm taking this matter further and will not let thus slide. Anonymous
