To whom it may concern

I am throughly disappointed with the services that I have received I have made an u filling maternity uif application in January and is yet to receive any payments. When ever I call in I get told that somethings missing my documents are blur. I need wait 21 days or there's no turn around time regarding uif application. I have been sitting at home for 4 months and not receiving any income what is the purpose of paying tax when we need money we aren't able to receive it. I do not have access to a pc or a scanner so I cannot scan documents which I am sure hundreds of woman are in the dilemma as me. What is the purpose of creating a u filling platform when you're not able to look at simple documents. If. Something is missing or not clear send me an email not wait for me to call Centre only be told there's no turn around time. I am still awaiting my first payment until date.
