Pathetic service

Verry poor services, one would think that for a government agency this should be going smoothly but I always receive lots o red tape: Not 1 of my calls are being answered and no feedback is given. I would like to have a job there just to get free money. People sits in offices, I wonder if they'er even qualified. Seriously now SA government what is your problem?
