pathetic service

Today i went at the deparment of labour in Bellville for the first time to apply for the UIF as i am currently unemplyed, i had all the docs they require from me and i delt with a lady who gave me a form to fill in and bring it back same day off which i did fill it in and then took it back, but when i got there, she was on lunch, so this time another guy consultant asssted me ,he then told me that, no one else can assist me if the lady was not there offwhich i find this rediculous because there ere other consultant doing the same job that she is doing, instead i was told to come back at 06:00 in the morning just to submit. to me this is disturbing cause i took time to get this done waisting petrol and being treated like a fool. this department must employ people who are willing to work cause there are many people out there dying to have the jobs they have .your service s appaulling i must say, you might aswell close the bellville branch completely cause its useless.
