Pathetic Service

Why have a call centre if no one ever answers the phone!!!<br> <br> I need to claim maternity benefits and not getting anywhere. Tried calling the call centre numerous times, wasting my airtime and no one ever answers.<br> <br> I've been to the labour offices in Boksburg 4 times already sitting in queues for not less than 3 hours and still not getting assisted. No one seems to know what they are actually doing.<br> <br> I need someone from the UIF department to call me back asap, as I need to get this sorted out urgently.
