pathetic service

On the 23rd of march I app**** for maternity benefits and received no help from the Germiston branch. I then called the Germiston branch and was assisted by phindile. In the beginning phindile had assisted me with no hassle however I still have 1 pending payment as I was on leave for 4 months. I had then contacted phindile to notify her that I would resume work on the 1st of July and that I still have 1 more payment outstanding however she was very aggressive over the phone and had told me not to call again the system has changed and that I should wants to resign. I found this very disturbing as she was never so rude. I had then received a message to inform me that payment has been sent for processing but a few days later received thisDear SHONNET LA VAL.UIF Case No *** has been cancelled due to required documentation not being provided .Enquiries ***. I tried calling Germiston branch yet I don't get beyond switch board. I also tried the above mentioned number for several days yet no answer. I am extremely upset with the service as I have been given the run around.
