Pathetic Service

Good day,<br> <br> On the 29.01.2015 I went to submitt my UIF application in the department of Labour,I was assisted by the lady named Queen Mkhize,she took all the documents and told me they had a backlog and I should come check the status of my application on the 23rd of March 2015.<br> <br> I waited and on the 23rd of March 2015 I went to sign as per the request I got from Queen,there is a office there written \PAY MASTER"thats where I was told to go and sign"
