Pathetic service

Hi admin could you please assist I have app**** for my maternity uif I received 1 payment on the 18th September and I have not received a payment ever since please advise why this is happening I call the uif call Centre everyday and no one is able to tell me what's happening I also sent numerous emails and nobody is responding
