The officials don't even come out frequently to ask or assist to see if you standing in the correct que. You can't even go to the front because people ain't practicing physical distance. It's so full house ques are insane long.

I need to go back to be helped. I submitted my docs online and received notifications of the applications since August but not once was I paid out. The system online just gives you case number confirming your matter will be dealt withing 7 to 10 days and it has exceeded that by nearly more than 2 months.

You try contacting them via email. Or telecom no one responds. Instead telling people come back hand out the next 100 tickets for the next day then you know exactly who you helping and then you don't stand for hours in the line then u Reach the entrance to hear they not assisting anymore but you sacrifice to travel early and stand the entire day there. No joy at all.
