Pathetic, ***********, useless, *******, unresponsive, arrogant

Don't even know what to call it, i app**** for Maternity benefits in September 2020. Was told in Feb 2021 that my claim was approved however payment was paid into the wrong account ...how i don't know because i submitted all the documents including confirmation of banking details with my account. I had to submit the ui28,49 and bank statements , every time i call the call center the agents don’t know what is happening, they keep escalating and i must keep waiting 7 working days. Sent countless email to their complaints line it’s also useless because they do not respond, i am sure not even the hello Peter complaint will make them move. They just don’t respect anyone. I want what Is due to me , this is frustrating.
