pathetic disputes

<p>Good day Peter </p> <p>Today I was very shocked, I went to department of labour to recheck why i havent been paid as they said I must wait for 7 to 10 working days. Finally a lady by the name of Salome called. Me as it was my turn when she checked on the system she realised that they've used someone else's banking details instead of mine, then immediately I wanted to knw who that person was cause that meant they've been paid my money but Salome dismissed me telling me to go home, I've been waiting for this money for three months and when it's time to be paid I get this treatment, I then decide to wait on the manager whom aswell tells me he's too busy to listen to my problem, I sat there until I approached a staff member whom I explained the matter to and he's answer was as deadly as the rest of them, telling me people make mistakes, yes we do but why dismiss me without explaining to me, what's the next procedure? When should I come back for my money,??? I've been waiting for my money for the past 3 months, being retrenched it's hard enough, but someone telling you they've paid someone your money is the worst. Can someone please explain to me from July I submitted all my documents correctly, how does someone make such an error??? It's September already and they telling me to give up my money. </p>
