Pathetic and Hopeless Service by this Government Institution

I tried calling their Satellite Offices; their Head office and they are not picking their phones up. The service is absolutely pathetic; because I want to follow up on a UIF Maternity payment due to my sister and they are not letting her know anything. WHAT A HOPELESS and PATHETIC Institution and it shows that all they care about are their paychecks and nothing else!!!
