pathetic

So i called the uif branch on 0860-345-464 or ********** 680 and on both numbers you hold on for more than 30 mins,finally someone answers and her name is Jane .Jane asks me for my identity number to assist me which i give to her for 5 times. i want to know if you have received my fax for the paper work you guys requested from me and she replies " charisma has you registered on 2 reference numbers and they need to terminate my services .i told her that it is almost 3 /4 years that i am not with charisma,and than it just goes silent for a while so i ask is she still there and she says Yes im here.she than asks me about my current employment and i told her im still working for this place,so she replies and says they need to terminate my services......how can they terminate my services when im still working here,and guess what it goes silent again....yoh the services is really bad and eventually she put the phone down will i was still speaking. Amazing how people get paid to do such a bad job....THE call center needs better staff.
