pathetic

I'm been collecting uif from the Chatsworth branch.. my last visit was 22nd Oct 2019 for payment & i was given another form for next signing date 25th Nov 2019 to date i didn't receive my payment .. tried numerous times to contact that branch but phone either continue to be line busy ... phone can't be faulty for 3 days cause phones around the area is working .... so it means I must take 2 public transport each way to go there & back ... how does they operate as sometimes I'm in there & see some staff members arrive well after starting times whose checking them
