Paternity Payout Issue

I am extremely disappointed in the level of service that I have received at Mitchell's Plain Labor Department. I submitted my Paternity documents in March for the first time. I had to go back on the 3rd of May which I did but was told that some document was incorrect but didn't even get the cirtiousy of a phone call to say that my documents are not right even though they day they will call you if they need anything. I took my documents back the following week and was waiting whole week and said the file is in Town I need to re-apply so they did that for me and I had to go back 2 times after the that and the last date was the 25th of May and I was told that I would receive payment within 3-5 working days but still nothing.
