Paarl Dept of Labour Poor customer service

The personnel at department of Labour in Paarl should really take some customer service training.<br> <br> They have such bad attitudes,there's no-one you can ask anything eventhough they have a helpdesk. You get screamed and shouted at as if you're in grade1. <br> <br> No-one ever answers the phones when you call there, I've been calling there since 20 December to no avail. I went to sign for my UIF (UI-6) on 11 Dec and still have not received my UIF payment for December.<br> <br> When I went to the Paarl office today I was informed that their system was down. Analise one of the employees there saw me but did not offer assistance. She was the one that took my form last month in Dec and I believe she did not have it processed as we had a disagreement about me showing up at a later date. <br> <br> I told her if people there answer their phones I would have been there sooner as I did not know what to do. <br> <br> Its almost been a month later and still have not received any payment. I have to go \sign"again on 11 Jan and I fear the same is going to happen.<br> <br> Please help!!!"""
