Overdue UIF Claim Payment

I completed my uFiling application before 15 May 2015, received my one-day payment some time in July and was informed to complete a continuation of payment to receive the rest of my payment. I completed the online continuation of payment on 01 August 2015 and received an SMS informing me that payment would be made in 10 days. No payment was made and my claim was cancelled by Paymaster. I called the call centre and went to the Orlando department but no-one could give me a reason why the claim was cancelled. I was told to re-submit my claim. <br> <br> I've since re-submitted 3 continuation of payments and have been allocated different case numbers each time as my claim is being cancelled without any proper reasoning. None of the call center agents seem to be able to tell me what the problem with my claim is as all my documentation has been in order.<br> <br> Its been 8 months now and an answer would be highly appreciated.
