Overdue payment

I had numerous difficulties in registering my uif claim but I did eventually get it done. I now had to register digitally and received my last payment on the 13/06/23. The call centre is unable to assist and I am truly frustrated as all they do is escalate the query and no one gets back to you. I have emailed the ombudsman and am now writing this review.
