Outstanding UIF payment

My sister app**** for UIF claim since August 2020 and hasn't received her payment even now. The Department of labour in Boksburg promised by now the payment will be released and she had to borrowed money from the loan sharks thinking by now she will have received her payment. Please can someone assist as she needs this payment, she used the money from the loan sharks to pay doctor's and going to the clinics thinking she had covid 19. Please, please she needs assistance.
