Outstanding normal uif claim for 3months

I have been trying to resolve my normal uif claim issues for quite some time and I am not getting anywhere. They say I received payment from my employer after my termination date, and that money was from outstanding uif ters since June that was paid late, I got a letter from my employer to state that and sent it through. Since then my matter hasn't been resolved still and I dnt know what to do now. Please help me.
