Outstanding claim from Nocember 2020

So after I laid my first review I have still not received any feedback from the uif department, so i have been trying to call them ever since, now first to my surprise is the voice message i get when i dial the *** is the number is no longer in service. I kept trying for 3 days, literally now I take a chance to verify the voice message and I get a different voice message which states they are closed and their operating hours. Now my question to the uif department is why are they *****ing our money and we cannot get feedback from them with our claims. I have emailed all their email addresses which is listed on their website and no one I repeat NO ONE has responded this company is a government owned company and doesnt even deserve a 1 star rating.
