Outstanding claim from 2020 - errors not being fixed

I should not even give one star because of paying UIF for over 20 years and having an outstanding claim and case numbers from 2020.

Nobody checks my documents or updates my claim. They keep saying it was voluntary as per my employer. I queried this with my employer as this is not true, I then received a letter from my employer confirming their error of incorrect capturing and they provided me with a letter confirming their fault and a new UI-19. I have sent this to UIF and complaints department and have phoned, and everytime I query again or I get another response email saying the same thing.....please complete voluntary forms. This is a normal straight forward claim for UIF for forced retrenchment, pleast check documents of below case numbers and please action it.
