Outstanding claim

I have signed at the Skinner Street Pretoria office on the 3rd of July 2025 and did an online payment request on the 15th of July 2025 . To date I have not received my payment..They are ***********,rude and not helpful at all. Please can someone assist Thanks and regards Nellie Kelly
