outstanding attitude

I just call the Department of Labour_Uif claim centre. I want to to tell the Department headmaster i really appreciate the service Jane gave me this morning, if our call centre can have more Jane and Jabu south Africa can have great working environment. I called Uif claim only this two touch my heart, they have listening skills and good skills for customer service, makes you to understand how it works , the procedure of your claim, i individually I'm a very impatient person but they make me to understand work environment it's busy but eventually i will get assisted . Jane may God bless you . You love your job. You take your job seriously i don't regret the time i spend with you on the line.
